The helicopter’s four crew members, assigned to the 1st Helicopter Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Md., returned safely to the base. No damage to the aircraft was reported.

Another MSC ship, dry cargo and ordnance vessel USNS William McLean, will also be awarded the unit citation. A ceremony date has not yet been scheduled, according to the command.
